Pool Builder listing in Mesa, AZ

About DSE Contracting

Excavation and shotcrete are the whole of it: DSE handles the dig and the structural shell as a trade contractor on other builders' pool jobs rather than selling finished pools to homeowners. Pool demolition and BeachEdge zero-edge stone decking round out the list. Free estimates, with work across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek and Rio Verde.

Contractor license

We did not find this business on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors posting list dated 2026-10-02. That is not evidence it is unlicensed: it may be listed under a different legal name, or hold a license issued since that date. Building a pool in Arizona requires a license, so search the name yourself at the ROC contractor search, which is free and authoritative.
